MECHANICS:

Customers who purchased Seagate Storage Drive from 15 November 2013 to 15 January 2014 are entitled to join the promo. Customers may purchase Seagate products in authorized reseller in SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, Glorietta, V-Mall, Gilmore, SM Marikina, Trinoma, SM Manila, SM San Lazaro, Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall, SM Cebu & Ayala Center Cebu.
Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
All prize taxes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by winner.
Winners shall be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize.
Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Seagate Technology with prior DTI approval.
Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver’s license, SSS Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, their vehicle registration, registered notice, claim stub and their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.
