- Signature
2. Place entry and proofs of purchase inside a white, legal-sized envelope, and indicated promo title:

Required Proof of Purchase:
- Two (2) empty sachets of MILO R2 24g, or
- One (1) empty pack of MILO R2 390g, or
- One (1) empty pack of MILO 1kg
3. Drop your entries in the designated drop box locations on selected participating branches of Puregold, Gaisano Grand and Mr. Quickie nationwide. You can also send your entries to the selected TV5 Offices.
