  24. I loaded P100 last Nov. 24 at 10:22 pm. And right after I registered to Trinet 100, I could not send a text message and make a single call.

    I loaded another P100 the next day at 4pm, the same thing happened. I called at 888-1111 and reported the incident and was given two reference nos.589495009 for voice connectivity problem and 589494408 for SMS connectivity problem.

    To date, nothing has happened, problem still not solved and they have not returned my money.

    This problem has not been attended to and I cannot make a follow up call in their hotline.

    So disappointing National Telecommunications Commission pls. help me..

  28. I am an unhappy customer . On February 11 I purchased your smart prepaid plan good for 30 days and it included a Sims card. I paid P1250. I was told that I could make unlimited calls and unlimited data . Today February 14 I attempted to send a text and it says that I am out of Text have to reload. Also I have no more Internet data available.
    What is wrong?

  30. please include the primary info on the purchase price of the TM Simcard and the procedure to use it, or is the purchase price includes the load or does the load have to be purchased separately. does UNLICHAT 299 include Google browsing, like reading the news?
