Let’s celebrate you, Mom! If there’s one person who deserves a day of pampering and shopping, IT’S YOU, MOM! That’s why we want to reward you with a day of grooming, relaxing and shopping. Simply answer the Mommy Quiz by clicking on the statements which describe you the most.
PROMO MECHANICS
1. The promo is open to all residents of the Philippines aged 18 years old and above.
2. To qualify, interested participants must click on the BPI Facebook banner tab,
answer the Mommy Quiz and fill-in the following fields in the promo form:
- Name
- Address
- Mobile Number
- E-mail Address
3. Only one entry per Mom will be accepted. Any additional entries will not be considered.
4. There shall be one raffle draw for this promotion.
5. The winners shall be selected via electronic raffle. Prizes are as follows:
- One (1) winner P10,000 worth of shopping/wardrobe upgrade at Plains & Prints with free stylist
- P2,000 worth of salon services at Essensuals Toni & Guy or winner’s nearest salon
- Three (3) winners P2,000 worth of BPI My ePrepaid MasterCard with P2,000 load
6. Deadline of submission is on August 18, 2013 at 11:59PM.
7. Electronic raffle draw is on August 22, 2013, 05:00PM at BPI Head Office, 15th Floor Paseo Wing, Ayala Ave, Corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
8. The winner shall be notified via email, phone call or registered mail.
9. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. The winner may claim the prize at the BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branch indicated in the notification letter.
10. The winner has to present the notification letter together with one (1) valid ID and birth certificate of her child/children.
11. Employees of BPI and IDEO Studios, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
