1. Isulat sa isang papel ang mga sumusunod :

• Name
• Address
• Age
• Telephone Number
• Signature
• Pangalan ng inyong Suking Tindahan
• Pangalan ng may-ari ng Suking Tindahan

2. Siguraduhing bawat papel ay may kasamang Three (3) empty packs ng kahit anong kombinasyon ng Rebisco Sandwich (Choco, Butter, Peanut Butter, Cream or Strawberry) at Rebisco Crackers Plain. Ang mga wrappers na may 50th logo lang ang tatanggapin bilang entries.

3. Isilid ang papel kasama ang proof of purchase sa loob ng legal sized white envelope at isulat ang mga sumusunod na detalye sa likod ng sobre :

• Petsa kung kailan inihulog ang entry
• Ang promo title na “Pasasalamat Sa’yo, Ka-Rebisco”
• Region kung saan ka nakatira (NCR, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, Mindoro)

4. Ihulog ang inyong entries sa mga sumusunod na drop boxes na matatagpuan sa mga piling LBC Express Branches and Supermarkets nationwide.

5. Para malaman kung ikaw na ang swerteng nanalo, abangan lamang ang announcement ng winners sa ASAP sa mga sumusunod na petsa :

• Grand Draw: August 25, 2013
