Participants must collect labels or specially marked crowns, and may win in either of two ways: claim INSTANT PRIZES or enter these crowns and labels in the RAFFLE DRAW.

Taga San Jose city nueva ecija po ako and sumubok akong ipalit sa local branch ng LBC at mercury drugs hung mega crowns for shirts and jacket…wala daw silang stock ng mga into. I am Mr. Santos legal age a resident of San Pedro, Laguna, an avid user of Cobra energy drink and sent several entries in your Sure win big Win promo.
Last May 30 (2014) Friday, at around 4:30pm your office KMC-Cavite Sales Office informed me thru my cell number that I won Php 50,000 in your Cobra Sure Win Big Win Promo, and asking my TIN to process my check.
At around 5:24pm of the same date your sales office informed and confirmed me that my cellphone number and land line numbers and all the details(B-date, age, address and signature)I send thru drop boxes of this promo were correct but the name written as winner has a different name.
I made a call to the person assigned for the confirmation of winners, his name was Henry Pangilinan KMC Cavite Sales Office.
Mr. Pngilinan told me that all the details regarding my entry are all correct (name, b-date, address, contact nos., and signature) but, with different name written and not my name(Lauro Santos). Mr. Pangilinan also informed that the details regarding the names of winners were sent to him thru e-mail and he do not know what went wrong and who causes the changes and the mistakes.
I have been a Cobra consumer for the past five years, especially the energy drinks. I hope that it is fair enough to verify this matter and to make this issue clear. How could it be that my land line and cell numbers and all the details are correct but I’m not the winner? Where did your office get my details in order to contact me? if i’m not one of the winner. That , even the person assigned to confirmed the winners agreed and confirmed that my details were correct.
As evidence, I have save all the messages coming from your sales office.
Please give me clear explanation and verification regarding this matter. As for me a Cobra product consumer/customer trusted your product and the reputation of your company and the integrity of your promos as well.
